I use the Flower Shop once or twice a year as I do not live in Castle Pines or I would use them more. They take the time to understand what you are looking for in an arrangement every time. If you are looking for a special flower they will either go get it or make a suggestion on a sub if not available or you don't have time. Each time my wife receives her arrangement she always say I can't believe how beautiful and unique they always are. Forget ordering from a big brand go local with the Flower Shop.
