In a world where genuine customer service feels like a thing of the past, Tiffany at Petals and Pop restored my faith that there are still people out there who truly go the extra mile! I called several flower shops that morning trying to arrange a last-minute birthday surprise for a friend, and shop after shop couldn't be bothered to help. Then I called Tiffany, and what a breath of fresh air! From the moment she answered, her warmth, professionalism, and willingness to listen made me feel like I actually mattered. She didn't just put together a beautiful floral arrangement, she delivered it the same day, after delivery hours, so we could pull off the surprise! She even printed a photo and incorporated it into the arrangement for an inside joke the recipient would appreciate! I'm not saying the other shops in the area can't create a beautiful arrangement, but business is about so much more than the product, and Tiffany delivered on everything that truly matters. I use the Flower Shop once or twice a year as I do not live in Castle Pines or I would use them more. They take the time to understand what you are looking for in an arrangement every time. If you are looking for a special flower they will either go get it or make a suggestion on a sub if not available or you don't have time. Each time my wife receives her arrangement she always say I can't believe how beautiful and unique they always are. Forget ordering from a big brand go local with the Flower Shop.
